Regalia explores the space between portrait and ornament. Across six works, the face remains the central presence, while circles, arcs and wandering lines extend beyond the figure to suggest jewellery, ceremonial dress and imagined emblems.
Each portrait holds itself differently. Some look upward, others turn away or remain absorbed in their own stillness. Their authority comes from posture and expression: a lifted chin, a measured gaze, the deliberate curve of a neck.
Nothing is merely decorative. Earrings become points of balance. Circular lines form halos and fields of movement. Gold-toned gestures cross the faces like fragments of an unwritten insignia.

INK, IVORY & GOLD
Graphic contrast with a ceremonial glow.
Regalia is built around luminous ivory, assertive black and deep midnight blue. Pale blue accents introduce clarity and dimension, while touches of gold bring warmth to the jewellery, facial details and sweeping lines.
Black gives the portraits their structure. It moves between precise contours, dense areas of colour and spontaneous drips. Against the open background, every mark remains visible, allowing the collection to feel detailed without becoming visually heavy.
Gold-toned circles and arcs soften this contrast. They move freely across the compositions, connecting face, ornament and surrounding space in a continuous visual rhythm.
The result is a palette that feels both refined and expressive: bold enough to command attention, yet restrained enough to sit naturally within a contemporary interior.
